Pressure Cooker Recipe - Ingredients
  1. 3 lb. chicken, cut into serving pieces
  2. 3 medium tomatoes, sliced
  3. 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  4. 1-1/4 cup chicken broth or stock
  5. 1 tbsp. fresh rosemary
  6. 1 tbsp. fresh sage, chopped
  7. hot, cooked brown or white rice
  8. parsley, chopped
  9. salt and pepper to taste
Pressure Cooker Recipe - Instructions
  1. Heat  pressure cooker, add butter and brown chicken.
  2. Remove chicken and sauté  onions until golden brown.
  3. Add tomatoes, parsley, chicken stock, salt and  pepper.
  4. Add chicken and herbs.
  5. Close lid and bring to high pressure, then  cook for 15 minutes.
  6. Release pressure, remove lid
