Beef Stew
Another pressure cooker recipe for Beef Stew.
Pressure Cooker Recipe - Ingredients
3 cups water

2 tbsp. olive oil

6 bullion beef cubes

1/2 pound stew beef

1 large onion chopped

2 tbsp. minced garlic

thyme

pepper/salt

paprika

1 bay leaf

1/2 cup barley

2 cups canned tomatoes

1 cup carrots sliced

1 med potato sliced

1/2 cup chopped celery

Add the remaining ingredients:

1/2 cup frozen peas

1/2 cup frozen green beans

1/2 cup parsley, chopped

Add all remaining vegetables while simmering without pressure, stirring occasionally cook about 10 longer until these are done.

Adjust seasoning as needed.

Let soup stand for about 15 minutes before serving.
